Former Sport Specials Champion Signs for 2021

TMC Race Engineering have signed 2017 750MC Sport Specials Class B Champion Martin Farrelly for the 2021 Ma7da Championship.

Farrelly has previously raced in the Toyota MR2 Championship, finishing 11th overall in 2016 before moving to Sport Specials in 2017, where he won Class B and finished 3rd overall in a Rogue Xenon.

On his move to Ma7da, he commented: “The Ma7da championship provides a fun and challenging race series with the cars being rear wheel drive, lightweight and powerful enough to provide a good adrenaline rush.

The arrive and drive package offered by TMC Race Engineering for the 6 meeting (12 race) season is professional and cost effective. Not only will I have a car capable of winning, but I'll also receive the support, car setup and coaching that will enable me to make the best of it.”

We’re really looking forward to having Martin on board for 2021. He has made it clear he wants to enjoy himself and be as competitive as possible at the front of the field, which basically sums up my outlook on going racing!

With Josh Platts in the other car, who massively impressed us with his debut at Mallory Park last year, we’re putting out two very strong drivers!
